Brain Fitness-action plan
A simple action plan to sharpen thinking for greater clarity. This simple plan gives us faster decision-making, and better memory.
This plan is outlined in “Brain Fitness: Breakthrough Training for Those Who Mind”
The mantra for Brain Fitness is “use it or lose it”.
Action plan for Brain Fitness you need to take the following three actions:-
- Physical Exercise
- At least 30 minutes for five times a week;
- Mental exercise
- by doing crossword puzzle, Sudoku,
- traveling and learning language
- Social Interactions
- by interacting with others- even online
- in social gatherings
- remembering names and contexts.
