Action plan for Brain Fitness you need to take the following three actions:-

  1. Physical Exercise
    1. At least 30 minutes for five times a week;
  2. Mental exercise
    1. by doing crossword puzzle, Sudoku,
    2. painting,
    3. traveling and learning language
  3. Social Interactions
    1. by interacting with others- even online
    2. in social gatherings
    3. remembering names and contexts.
