“In the midst of winter, I found there was within me , an invincible summer” So  … “no matter how hard the world pushes against me, within me, there’s something stronger –  pushing right back.”

-Albert Camus.

In other words, We have our own invincible summer to push back to overcome obstacles.  This is our own internal power that can push back to overcome obstacles.  Sounds incredible-but true. Indeed, when someone tries to dictate our lives – we can push back and resist. This allows us to go for what we want.Push back to overcome obstacles

Claiming our Invincible Summer

To do this effectively we need clear messaging and consistent action. As a result, we gain self-worth and self-confidence, and this helps us relate more honestly with others. Using the techniques outlined in “Invincible Summer”, we can reinvent our life- as this is what Celebrities do!

There are clearly two possible reactions to a negative event; we can just accept it, or we push back to overcome obstacles. Certainly there are times when it is more expeditious to buckle under, but this cannot be our default reaction. This would negate our personality- especially if this relates to an issue that is important and of high value to us.

It is important to respect our personal own values, and we will increase our awareness, speed up our reactions, focus on the core of issues; all these things help us be clear and get our message across.

Like good gardeners, it is also useful to prune out dead emotions and thoughts that you have held onto- even though they do not represent who you are or what you want.
